Blue Smoke

i’ve been to many a micronesian BBQ, but i had never savored the fatty juiciness of the beef brisket until i sauntered into danny meyer’s “Blue Smoke.” i confess: i licked my fingers after i finished this bad boy. i got a few stares. i also got many approving nods. if it ain’t finger-lickin’ good, it ain’t good, period.
