after the traditional philly cheesesteak from “99 Miles,” my tummy needed a healthier respite. enter the roast pork special, a take on the cheesesteak that swaps out the dull beef for thickly shaved pork loin, the cheez whiz for sharp provolone, and tomatoes, onions and roasted peppers for broccoli rabe. the smell from this ‘wich is, erm, pungent, but that didn’t stop me from doing my thing. by “thing,” of course, i mean chow. just to be clear.
