this is the pig’s ass ‘wich. why is it called the pig’s ass? if you squint really hard, i think you can figure out why. (that’s a joke–i think.) as far as i can tell, the pork in the ‘wich is ordinary loin meat, rather than slices of hindmeat. maybe the pickles and the cheddar cheese mask the taste of pork heiny. the highlight of the ‘wich? the mayo aioli on the side. i actually dipped the ‘wich into the aioli and chowed down. i was positively porcine, but i always pay homage to my culinary benefactors.
